I'm thinking I'm going to try my first Sufferfest download for tomorrow but I can't choose... what's your favorite?

    I don't have a favorite, as I don't have any...perhaps I should try something like this...I'm unfortunately not fond of riding the trainer. I actually tend to not be much of an indoor exercise person, and I'm not fond of riding in cooler temps! Makes it difficult. Having said that, I have climbed on the trainer a few times this year, am using my elliptical, and recently I've been enjoying a kettle bell program -- I was determined to a) not be as much of a hibernator this year and b) wanted to do some strength/core work.
