This week we are going to learn a technique to help us when we feel like emotionally eating.

In week one we learnt how to we aware of when you are emotionally eating, and we played with using will power and alternative activities to not emotionally eat.

This week you will learn and practice “Emotional Freedom Technique” to un-train your mind to emotionally eat.

First: What is Emotional Freedom Technique?

Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) is 5min technique to change your behaviour that draws from alternative medicine including acupuncture, neuro-linguistic programming and Thought Field Therapy. During an EFT session, you focus on a specific issue while tapping on so-called "end points of the body's energy meridians".
