Can I include my biking? If so 4 yday biking, 4 today walking and 2.5 running do......10.5 down 89.5 to go!
I'm curious about my biking too? Even if I could count a fraction of my miles.
Or what about the elliptical??

Went for walk at lunch time yesterday and again last night.
Stats: 13.3 miles done/ 86.7 miles to go
For everybody enquiring about bike riding and elliptical. I think any kind of movement can count and if you want to increase or decrease your goal please feel free to do that. I just had 100 miles in my mind.

I will push my totals up then. I want to try and ride at least 250 miles for the month. And then stll get miles from walking, running and the elliptical.

Friday was not a good day for walking. Only did 2.4 miles. Today was a good workout cleaning my basement carpet but not a lot of miles. Only 3.3.

I running 3 x a week and walking at home and with the dogs. I log at Runkeeper so I add up my miles since 28.2.12
