Oven Baked French Fries

Options
4 Large Potatoes
Wash & cut into thin strips, while leaving the skin on.
Add 1 T. Oil
Salt-dash
Shredded Mexican Cheese (Pre-shredded & mixed)
Throw everything together & mix well;
Spread on sheet in a single layer.
Bake at 425 @ 10 minutes-watch carefully! Or until tender
Serves @ 4-6

    Doesnt the cheese melt away before the potatoes are cooked? If not then i might even be able to get my hubby to eat an "oven fry". He's kind of a deep fryer snob and I'm trying to wean him off it.
