OK, so I know this isn't "healthy", but I have found (in general) to stay on track you need to eat sweets a little (or whatever your weakness is). I just found this recipe and am going to try it tonight. If you want to add a little more to it, and extra calories, you can add some peanut butter or Nutella to the batter. Anyway, here is the simple 100 calorie, 2 minute chocolate mug cake recipe:

100 Calorie Chocolate Mug Cake

Ingredients

2 tablespoons self-rising flour
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
3 tablespoons stevia for baking
2 tablespoons unsweetened apple sauce
2 tablespoons 35 calorie per serving unsweetened almond milk
1 egg white

Instructions

1. Add all ingredients to a large mug. Whisk well with a fork.

2. Microwave on high for 2 minutes.

  • This looks good to me! I'm going to try it. You mentioned that it wasn't healthy but it really is. It's much better then using a box cake mix to make this with all the additives. You are using all real ingredients. Great job!
