Once you finish your transistion, you are able to eat whatever you want. The key is you should be still eating mostly veggie meals with added other items. The way we as humans are SUPPOSE to eat. If you gain you can do two milk days, if you need a bit more help than that from overindulges you can do a few transition days (veggies and 5-7 oz protein with 2 fruits).

There is always the option to go back on beads for a few weeks for a "tune up" as some call it.
