Once you reach your goal weight you transition. This consists of 5 fruit/veggie days and 2 milk days. First week only you have bead on behind your ears but after that you are on your own. On fruit/veggie days with the help of your counseler you add things back to your diet to learn what affects you and doesnt affect your. First week is always 5-7 oz of chicken or fish after that it is up to you and your counseler. It is recommeneded to stretch this out to 4-8 weeks so you set your body weight like you do a thermastat and you can learn your body better.
