                    I'm a very new fan of Leslie but i'm fully committed to this now... how do I log it for exercise though? Any advice or suggestions.... psych I just read an earlier post

            I think I saw someone post that you can find some information on her site somewhere to guide you. I haven't looked for it and just log it as walking, break down the time and the distance to get a rough estimate of what the speed is. Don't know how accurate it is but that's what I do. Lots of people say get a heart rate monitor and use that as the most accurate measure.0

I created a new exercise and named it the DVD title. Then I used what Leslie stated on her website for calories burned per mile---100 calories per mile w/o boosters. Here's the website. http://www.walkathome.com/exercise/calorie-burn-per-mile/
I have found this to be pretty accurate since I started using my HRM.0 -
