Hey my name is Toni and i am 43.. just started working out about 4 weeks ago on a little older stair climber .. Joined FP cause i have great results which has drove me on ..Don't have friends yet .. haven't had much time in the 2 days i have been on here to browse so i joined a group first to find friends with the same goal .. I don't want to lose weight .. Just tone up but i have lost due to exercise .. i don't want to lose anymore ... i like my 140.... need friends and some ab suggestions for the stomach fat or flab should i say .... sit ups kill my back ...

My name is Justine. I've been on MFP for a few months now and it's great!
I also am not looking to loose weight just to tone.
I suggest using an eresice ball for ab workouts. i have one at work and iv'e been using it for about 2 months now and i am seeing the lower abs i always wanted! and it is alot easier on your back and body. you can really work your core with it.
