Wow. I know I've been gone forever, but .... I assure you, I am alive. I felt dead for awhile, but ....lo and behold, here I am.
I picked up Turbofire again last night. Pretty much wanted to die, but powered on through. Fighting a sickness right now but I figured, hell, if I don't start now, I NEVER will.
So, I just started TF again (had done it for 5 weeks back in November/December) and I'm back at it again.
Just kind of seeing where everyone is at with this program, and how everyone is doing?

Glad you're back!! I put TF down several weeks ago. I too need to pick it back up. I'm starting today with logging my calories. I've been in and out of the hospital since December. Keep us posted on your happenings.0
