sorry to be so late catching up. been working more and then i lost my ipod and dont get on my laptop as much as my ipod. this was fun to do. great job this month to everyone who participated. i knew i could do this cuz i have been doing the "run every day streak" since jan 15 of 2008. so i have run at least a mile every day for over 1500 days. the most ive done is 10 miles and the least is of course a mile. thanks for the motivation and to check online to update my exercise.0 -
