    I will shoot for 100. Won't be posting until march 6, as I am on vn and don't have my pedometer with me. Hopefully I will be able to get my ticker to work.

    I am sticking with 100 mile run for the month and not get injured. Got pass that stage first before raising it.

    My goal is 100 miles again for this month. I'm starting to do some other workouts like Tae Bo and yoga, so my running will probably decrease a bit. My goal is to also at least walk a couple miles on days when I don't go for a run.

    Decided to double up today, so ran another 6 miles after work. That brings my total running miles up to 11.29 for March.
