Recipe for Gluten free/Vegetarian sausage???

I'm a vegetarian and am really missing all of my delicious mock meat products, especially the sausage. Smart Balance has a really good one that I can no longer eat. Surely there must be a recipe or a product out there that is veg AND gluten free???

I would suggest looking up a recipe and then modifying it. Veg, gluten free sausage must be very difficult to find.

Nice and quick. It really doesn't need the water and flour. And I used a different kind of oil rather than rice bran oil, as I am grain-free.

I love the falafel and southwest version. Haven't tried it, but there is a Breakfast patty that mimics sausage taste.

Ingredients:
Organic raw ground sunflower seeds
organic brown rice
organic chick peas
organic split peas
organic tahini(ground toasted organic sesame seeds)
organic sesame seed paste
organic parsley
organic cumin powder
organic garlic
sea salt
