    Thanks for doing this tread Carla, I was wondering where the person was that started this tread, I truly like it because it shows me what I am doing daily and monthly at a glance I keep a tracker by month. Have a great weekend

    Jillian Michaels 30 day shred 383
    Fitbit calorie adjustment 294 (just got the fitbit a few days ago trying to figure out how they are getting these adjustments); the fitbit actually showed more calories burned than 866 I will get it one of these ole days.

    Does anyone else on here have the fitbit if so have you figured out how everything works; I know myfitnesspal is pulling the calories in from the fitbit website; will download the manual and read it that would help
