For instance, I was diagnosed in Sept 2010 when I went to the ER with chest pains (the night before I had done yoga for the first time in a couple years). I thought it was my heart; instead, they found I have lesions on my ribs. One is on my second rib close to my sternum, so I get chest pains a lot. My hip(s) will hurt if I walk for too long and if I walk too aggressively (on hard surfaces, or sometimes my treadmill), my leg bones ache. I did yoga again on Monday, fearing the worst, but so far I just have uncomfortableness in my chest. I'm going to try to up my speed on the treadmill and eventually get to a jog. Hopefully I don't break anything!
