    I would like to be down to 190lbs by March 20th (my birthday) and out of the "obese" category and into "overweight" (so 169lbs) by the end of the challenge.

    I've only just joined this site in the last week. My goal is really to be more consistent with my eating plan. Aim - under 190.

    I'd like to 'add' my goals too, if thats OK?
    Goal #1: To be (at least) 139 by March 23rd (when I leave on vacation)
    Goal #2: To be 134 ('again') by the end of May.

    I didn't do well with the February challenge, but I'm determined to eat healthier and exercise at least 3 times a week. I think the group will keep me more accountable. No more gaining for me!
