Mostly cardio excercises: Aerobic classes, shooting the basketball with some drills, oelipticalfficiating basketball games—when I get the chance, eliptical, treadmill. Weight training comes second to me, but I need to do more. Trying to get a routine, but it's difficult on the extra board.0

I post my exercises but doing Couch to 5K... on week 2. So that's running and brisk walking. On my off days just brisk walking. Every day I am also doing strength training, push-ups, crunches, dips.0
