This is such a good idea I'm always forgetting to drink water

You guys are all doing amazingly! I love that you're posting daily to keep track of it all!
I'm sorry for those of you who think it's too much. If it's too much for your limits then by all means but back on the jumping jacks. But this is a place for motivation and to push yourself! You have to push your limits (not too hard, no injuries!!) in order to get results.
I'm proud of you guys though! You got this!!
