I think these boards are terrific! So, let's start one for March! The weather will get better this month. The days will be longer. Early veggies and fruits will start hitting the farmers' market! 2012 is the year I'm keeping this new year's resolution. BELIEVE IT!

Goal for March = 12#s loss (weight = 256 on March 31)

    Yay! So glad the March edition is up! Yesterday I was .40 lbs. short of my 10 lb. February goal (267.60), and this morning I was down another 1.60. Go figure! (and Yay!) My March goal is another 10 lbs., which would put me at 256 by April 1. I loved reading the updates in February. Everyone did such a good job of sticking with it and working toward their goals!

    Woot Woot! Love these goals and seeing everyone's progress. CONGRATS to those who made their Feb goals! You keep me movin' and workin' for it. THANK YOU!!!
    I missed my Feb goal by 2 lbs, but I know I can make it happen in March... we have more days! NO EXCUSES. Let's do this.

    I'm going for 10 lbs. of less weight again this month! So glad for warmer weather! We can do this together!

    Going more conservative this month, because it SUCKS to screw up so little and miss a goal by that much because of it.

    I want to see 249 so badly... but will just put down 8 pounds in March, for a GW of 251 on March 31.

    I fell short of my February goal as well but I'm not bothered by this... I STILL LOST WEIGHT!!!!!

    SW for March 236.4
    Weight loss target for the month: 10lbs.

    You guys are right, spring is going to be here soon and we will get more active because of it. Keep moving, drinking your water and make healthy choices!

    Well, this isn't going to get me there. I've signed up with a personal trainer, and see if we can't pick up the pace here.

    Ugh! I know that feeling! A personal trainer will mix it up and give you some muscle confusion so I imagine that will work really well for you! Way to hang in there!

    Today's weigh-in was 235.4, up some from last week. Did some heavy lifting last night and muscles could be holding fluid.

    I'm ok with it, I'm gonna see the weight drop soon.

    3/22: 236 -- Looks like I could make 1/2 my goal. I'll try to make 8 though, and if I hit 6, we'll just take it and be happy it was a loss.
