ozzra8 lost 2.6 pounds since her last weigh-in!! I updated at the end of the 29th so I'll count this loss. Not bad for a few days. Doing Zumba really helped.

Lost 2.2 lbs...but the most important thing was I hit my first goal!! Get below 300lbs, the first time in 18 yrs! 298!! Brings my total loss to 53lbs. Then to add to it, grabbed the wrong jeans to change into after my workout at the gym...so I had to buy a new pair of jeans at the store ;o) Felt good to buy jeans 3 sizes smaller.

This is me checking in a bit late for week two
Not great news in the weight department but I managed three great days before my weigh in on Thursday (and have had another 3 since then), plus exercising well.
1st March: 85kg
8th March 84.6kg
15th March: 85kg
I somehow managed to gain back the 0.4kg I lost the previous week despite eating better and exercising. Oh well, I'm sure it will start falling off soon. Afterall I klnow I am on track and can feel the results in my body and mind.

I had that happen when I was close to my 300 mark...down to 300.2...then up to 301.6...arrgh. No idea why our bodies do that but I'm sure you'll be going in the other direction quickly!!

I've made my four pounds for the month. Now it's time to pig out, errrrrr, I mean continue to make healthy choices in diet and exercise to keep myself on the path toward my goal!0 -

I've done some reading and apparently this can happen in the first few weeks of a new exercise program which would fit for me, that and I had my period. Hoping to see some good results this week though. Thanks for your support :-)0 -

I'm down 1kg (2.2lbs) this week. I am a little suspicious of my scales though because it gave me several different readings and the battery seems to be going. This was the highest reading so I took this one.

Also you are putting on muscle which is smaller but heaver then the fat you lost. I would bet your attire is fitting better. Congrats on all your hard work.

It was 82.8kg yesterday morning, but after a bit of an experience with some licorice allsorts and chocolate last night things look a little different today, oops!

That is really awesome! Its so nice to read everyone's great progress.
I have lost zero pounds. I might have gained a pound but I don't like to think about it and honestly I have no way to tell what this workout program is doing to my weight so I'm just holding off until I have a rest week (May) to feel depressed about it (if that is warranted). I deadlifted 140 though! That was nice - 2 weeks away from deadlifting pretty close to 1x bodyweight (if I can get there - I weigh 165 and I'm adding 10lbs per week atm so it'll be close).0
