My name is jessica. Today is my 3rd day on My Fitness Pal.
I have 4 of Jillian michaels dvds.. No More trouble zones, Killer Buns And thighs, Ripped in 30, and 30 Day shred.
I love them all!!!! I am on the verge of buying more! lol

I first started my fitness journey in july with insanity. I have only done insanity for 2 months, and got SUPER BORED with it.
I fell of the wagon for a good for months, and gained alot of weight!
My sis, and a mutual friend all decided to lose weight together with GOD.

After about 1 1/2 month i my body was adapted to the workouts ive been doing. So i had to find ways to challenge it. I became bored quick!!
I ran into a review either on amazon or youtube, about jm's 30day shred.

I decided to give it a shot for $10.

i also orderd more of her dvds base on the reviews.

I am in love with them! Its fun, short, and effective!
I use to workout 3x a day for atleast 1 hr or sometimes 30 mins....

I got more results with jillian than i have with my old routine!!

    Just got my JM Ripped in 30 Friday. Going to start it today. I'm 60 y/o and have lost 45 pounds since 2009. My picture of before and after is from my heaviest in 2006 until just 2 weeks ago. I didn't get really serious about my weight loss journey until I suffered a health crisis October 0f 2009. It hasn't been a quick loss, but a slow one with days that I was out of control, to days when I exercised my butt off. But here it is.

    My doctor is thrilled with how far I've come and would like to see 10 more pounds gone. Me, I've gotten a little vain and am looking for 15 more.

    Now it's time to tone up and get sexy for that guy I've been married to for almost 42 years.

    I'll keep checking it with how I feel after each day.

    Completed my first day of Ripped in 30 and OMG, I'm one whipped puppy!!!!

    Feels amazing though!

    I am starting this today. Going to the workouts back to back.

    I am going to alternate days for the 30 day shred with the kettle bell work out by JM.

    I have lost 35lbs in the past 7 months and going for 20 more.

    I love JM and use her kettle bell workout religiously.

    Just 30 days to better body and a stronger me!
