ugh I'm so frustrated with my body, since coming off bc in august My cycles are totally irrgular! This sucks! anyone else?

    I struggle every month. I have PCOS, so it makes it harder to know what my cycle is going to be. Since I moved in the middle of this cycle and February and lost my thermometer, I can't figure out my true ovulation day for this cycle. It's very frustrating. With NFP I know that my cycle has been 30 days to 36 days since I started eating right and exercising.
