Sneak in physical activity:
For beginners - Park in the farthest spot, do not take the elevator, and walk or bike anywhere that's reasonable walking/biking distance rather than taking your car, motorcycle, or public transportation... the whole day.
Morification (If the challenge is something you already do on a daily basis or too easy for any other reason), make a point to do something active once each hour you're awake. Ex. 10 jumping jacks, 10 pushups, 10 situps, jump/jog in place for 10 seconds). Do the hardest one you can handle and report back to us.

            Bad weather where I am so I won't be going out so for the rest of the day I'm gonna do jumping jacks every hour and maybe switch it up with pushups. I look forward to the daily challenges! Keeps me motivated!0
