week 5-8 no HIIT/Calorie intake

Just wondering about weeks 5-8 not having any HIIT in the schedule. What is the reasoning? Do you miss the HIIT?

Also about how many calories a day are you guys eating? I upped my calories this week and averaged around 1400 (up to 1600 on Fire 45/55EZ days) I was happy with my results. Hoping to buy a HRM this week as my first reward and to get a more accurate reading on calories burned!

    I was thinking the same thing about this because it says it cardio and what better way to get your cardio in than a HIIT? How were your results for weeks 1-4?

    I don't know the reasoning behind no HIIT workouts, I wonder if its because they have added the sculpt and tone videos to each week.

    I use the calorie calculator that is in the TF book to determine how many calories I should be eating. So far I have had great success with doing it based on the calculator. The first 4 weeks I ate 1500 calories per day, now I am eating 1400 calories per day. I will reassess every 4 weeks per the book.

    i was happy with my results. I lost around 9 lbs :)
