I just started my diet yesterday and will start my exercising on Monday so technically I guess ypu can say that I havent started yet. My weigh ins will be on Mondays. I dont have a lost to post yet but I am very excited to see what I post 1 week from now. My goal is to lose 75 lbs and weigh 150 before the winter. I know this stuff takes time so I'm being patient. I need more motivation. I know that once I start to see results then I will be more motivated and happier as a person. I am looking for friends on here who need support so I can do just that and also support them. Good luck to you all and wish me luck as well! See you Monday!
