Knees hurting while you workout?

Here's a tip that I used when I had carpet and had grippy shoes. I always had trouble pivoting because the bottom of my shoes would catch the carpet and it just wouldn't move. My knees were starting to hurt super bad. I stuck a piece of packing tape under the balls of each shoe. Pivoting is so much easier because the tape makes your shoes glide on the carpet. No more knee pain!!

Great tip! I work out on carpet too and use running sneakers so my shoes definitely stick a little. Does it make it too slippery though?0
