Anyone know anywhere in Scotland that sells this mythical vegetable?

    I went looking for it awhile ago in Manchester and London, no joy in the major mults.

    I think it's an American thing.

    If you're talking about that zucchini recipe that was on regular forums- I used a large courgette (never seen a squash) and used a peeler to make it pasta shape - sliced thinly the last lump in my hand as middle is too soft to peel.
    I then fried with that one cal spray and added paprika and garlic - cos i like them. And waited till it got a little browned.
    Very low cal and filling. You could add parmesan/cheese on top if you wanted extra taste/protein.
