Crustless Spinach Quiche

Crustless Spinach Quiche
Serves 6
Ingredients:
Egg Whites- 4 egg whites
Eggs - 4 large egg
Organic Reduced Fat Milk 2%, 1/2 Cup
Kraft - Mexican Style Four Cheese - Shredded , 1/4 cup
Onions - Raw, 1 cup, chopped
Birds Eye - Chopped Frozen Spinach - whole box
Butter, 1 tsp
Nutmeg, ground, 1 tsp
Defrost spinach and squeeze out extra moisture.
Saute onions. Add spinach.
Lightly grease a 9 inch glass pie dish (I used butter- you can use Pam or whatever you prefer).
In bowl, lightly beat 4 eggs and 4 egg whites.
Add milk, nutmeg, and cheese.
Spread spinach and onion mix in bottom of pie dish.
Pour egg mixture over top.
Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until knife comes out clean when inserted into center.
Cut into 6 slices (I cut in half and then thirds for each side). Nutrition info in next post.
