Hi just suddenly thought as some of us mayl be from different countries how will we be taking the measurements. Will it be in cms or inches and will the weight be in lbs, kg or stones. Cheers.0

I will convert mine to lbs and inches, I think most people use that. But will check first to see which one is the most popular. I've joined the Shred group and were the only one using metric so I've decided to go with inches and pounds there also0
