Hello everyone, I am 21 years old, and married to a wonderful man. My husband and I live in Germany, as he is in the Military. We are brand new to the Military lifestyle (he has been in a little over 1 year). Being away from friends and family has taken a tole on my weight!! I absolutely hate looking at myself in the mirror, and I have gotten to where I don't even like to "dress up" at all....jeans and baggy tshirts are about all I wear now. This is my first time starting a diet/exercise plan, and I pray that I can stick to it. My target areas are my arms, back, legs, and stomach. If anyone has some exercises that work well in toning up these areas, please share! I look forward to experiencing this journey with everyone!
