New to Group

I am in desperate need of friendly motivation! I am a working mom of a three year old. My weeknesses are red wine and late night snacking. I need to lose at least 40 pounds in the long run. Looking to get to at least 20 down by July so I can take my daughter to the pool.

Any encouraging words are welcome!

    I'm also new to the group. I'm a stay at home mom with 3 young girls- 1, 4, and 6. I'm finding it harder with each child to drop the weight. I'm looking for encouragement and support and looking forward to giving it as well. I look forward to helping each of you reach your goals. My goal is to lose another 30 yet to get in better shape than I was in before my first child. I'll be running another 1/2 marathon this fall and have been pondering on entering a sprint triathalon as well this summer. I find by setting fitness goals and achieving them, my weight loss follows.
