So my question is how many calories should one have per meal. I know that when you have PCOS you should snack every couple of hours but I get nervous about running out of calories and being over.
I am so trying to make this work but it seems like I just can't get this. Help please!!

Honestly, I don't know the answer to that too. MFP has limited me to 1200 calories a day and it seems not enough. So I've devised a way to cheat.

I eat consistent breakfast (yes, I eat it everyday cause it keeps me full)
    1. Thomas Everything bagel thins (110 calories) (5g of FIBER)
    2. Weight Watcher Creme Cheese Spread (20 calories 1g of FIBER)
    It keeps me full!

I eat a heavy salad for lunch -something that has nuts and fruits in it. Fruits have a lot of empty calories. I add of 20 + g of protein (will keep you full)
I pop a benefiber chewable pill (fiber helps keep me satiated longer)

I snack on Activia non fat yogurt (70 calories)
    I also keep drinking water.
If I get hungry I pop in a banana (yet again fiber)
hungry again (another plain yogurt - makes your digestive track clean)

In the evening I eat a lot of chickpeas, lentils and other bean products. Low Calorie but high protein and fiber.

    I hope it helps...

I keep my calories this way:

    BFAST - 200
    LUNCH - 450
    DINNER - 250
    SNACKS - 300

Though, I think you should try which works best for you.
