3/2- 2 miles walking (40 min) + 7 miles running (60 min) + 10 min bike +10 min elliptical + 10 min stair master + yoga and circuit training 40 min... daily total 2 hours 50 min... net total- 5 hours 55 min
3/3- 60 min elliptical, 4.5 mile running (40 min) + 20 min stair master + 50 min lifting + 10 min yoga... daily total= 3 hours.... net total= 8 hours 55 min
3/4- 35 min circuit training + 10 miles running (90 min) + 15 min yoga + 40 min elliptical... daily= 3 hours... net total 11 hours and 55 min
3/5- 2.5 miles walking (40 min) + 15 min circuit training + 25 min running 3 miles + 40 min lifting + 10 min stair master... daily total 2 hours 10 min... net total 14 hours 5 min..
