The Pyramids

Hello Everybody,

while studying the different kind of pyramids from different parts of the world something came to my mind that I would like to discuss with you guys.

I've been doing a lot of reading lately about nutrition and a lot of importance is given to eat produce that is in season and grown locally. We all know that nature is perfect, or at least it tries to be when we don't mess it up. Wouldn't it be true to say that one should stick to the healthy pyramid and just adapt it to where you live?

Being Italian I would stick to the Mediterranean Pyramid which I unconsciously do because it's in my dna, but it doesn't taste the same as it does back home.

Of course this wouldn't be a rule to apply rigidly or else it would be boring.
