Hi friends
Married mother of 1, soon to be mother of 2, animal lover, nature lover, hippy at heart here
With the joys & sometimes trials of parenting, i have really lost my way. I have always concidered myself a little bit of a hippy at heart. But i am really craving the switch to organic. I need to get back to my roots, back to healthy, back to nature. I want my children to grow up with the same values that i hole close. I need to work on my spiritual side (which i am working on slowly) And also, i want to gain the knowledge to eat & cook organically.
My question here is this: can anyone help me? Short of "googling" an organic shopping list, i am not really sure where to start. Could anyone perhaps give me and idea of their daily eating habbits? Foods i should start with in my family's switch to organic? Perhaps your weekly grocery list? Any help would be greatly appreciated
I live in Australia, so any info i will try my best to adjust to what i can buy here.
Cheers
