How is everyone doing?

I have lost 1.5 pounds since last time! I was at a plateau, gaining muscle but the scale was not going down. It was kind of a bummer but now the pounds are coming off again! I have been recording all my food and working out 6 days a week doing JM Ripped in 30. I just started week 4 of that then I plan to do another one of her dvd's. Any suggestions on which one to do next?

    Rough week. I have been down for the count with a nasty stomach flu. I ache all over and I haven't workout since Saturday, but honestly I am so dizzy it really isn't safe. I will get caught up, hopefully soon.
