**SIDE CHALLENGE: Keep track of your days!**

I have a post-it note in my kitchen. It reads:

DAYS OF AWESOME:

35 = Massage


After "Days of Awesome" I do a tally for every day straight that I accomplish. It's REALLY cut down my temptation to binge and "indulge" in sweet foods. It feels good and ~official~ every time that I get to put a tally down. Not to mention, it is acknowledging the accomplishment of that day. Now I have several tallies, and can see all that I've accomplished. It encourages me further not to give up, because of all that I've done so far. Be it one day accomplished, or many more, each healthy day counts to a healthier & happier you.

So, I ~challenge~ you to get a piece of paper, a post-it, or print off a picture of your reward. Write down your goal # of days, and at the end of every day, add a tally!
