Stuck in Weight Loss

Hello everyone.
I am about 5'9'' and currently at 137 pounds. For the last couple of weeks I seem to be stuck at this number. And while I'm building my muscle mass, I can tell, I'm not really losing much fat. I was wondering why this would be the case, considering I'm exercising fairly regularly and usually eating healthfully. Any ideas why I'm stuck?

Try taking a cheat day to get your metabolism to wake up it'll work, trust me.0

Meee tooo I am in a very similar situation. And for me, a cheat day is not the answer. I've had plenty of those.0
