I woke up in a pretty good mood. That's unusual for me, LOL.
Getting ready to make my breakfast and head to the gym. Arm and back day! I just may spend all day in the gym to avoid the mountain of laundry waiting for me. If I could pay someone to do only one thing, it would be laundry.0 -
I'm feeling pretty good today, jogged 2 miles this morning and then completed level 1 30DS. My legs are a little sore from yesterday, but not too bad. I'm going to try something new at work today that I saw in the forums. I work a desk job and am pretty much sitting all day with only 30 minutes for lunch. I'm gong to try to stand at least 4 of my 8 hour shift and work that way...stand an hour, sit an hour, repeat...maybe get my Pandora going and get some movement going (no one can see me in my office), maybe burn an extra few calories who knows0

I weighed this morning just to see where I am and haven't lost anything since last week. I'm fairly certain that I am not eating enough. I am going to try to adjust my goals and go from there.
I'm not going to let it get me down, though.0 -
Good day here so far...it's a beautiful day on the east coast here in Canada (snow is melting...yay)! Doing really well with my food...my will power the last few days has been great! Going to get in some exercise this afternoon/evening. Hope everyone is having a great day!!0
