I found 30 DS to be too hard on my knees, and wrecked them two weeks before my wedding (panic stations). Thankfully I was able to walk in the ridiculous shoes I'd bought for the wedding, but I'd be reluctant to try it again for this reason. My knees crunch and crackle enough as it is, but at least I can still walk.

    Hey

I'm currently doing the 30 Day Shred. Did Level 3 Day 2 this morning!

I had great results from 10 days on Level 1, not bad results from Level 2, and fingers crossed for good results with Level 3!

It's a great workout, keep up the good work!!

Feel free to add me as a friend if you need motivation!!

Today will be day 4 of level 1 for me - it's been hard, but yesterday I made it through without stopping, which is a definite improvement. I'm expecting to stayon level 1 for waaaay more than 10 days as I still can't do a single "proper" press up and my legs ache alot after each workout - I've had to stop the running for a while but hope to pick it up again next week.....

My 11 year old autistic son is doing it with me - I've never seen him breaka sweat before, so it's amazing to watch him properly working out:)

I've seen some amazing results on here but can't say I've noticed anything much yet fr myself - but definitely geting stronger and fitter.....

I did Level 3 Day 4 this morning, it's tough, but worth it!

When I started off at Level 1, I couldn't do proper push-ups, just the girlie ones, but I can do them now! Not a lot, but it's a start!!!
