Arg, everyday I'm over on sugar!! How have other people cut sugar out of their lives? (I have an abominably sweet tooth)

Sweets have been my fallback time after time. I'd encourage you to try to have a good sized salad before lunch and before dinner. I promise, if you get lots of veggies, it will help control your cravings! You can still have sweets (and many salads have so few calories) that you just need to learn to have sweets in moderation. Don't try to cut them out entirely - that would be no fun. =b
To make salads really low calorie, I tend to use vinegars instead of dressings.

Hey, I've not actually eaten any sweets for ages now! All of my sugar seems to come from fruit products :S (although, i did have a twix on Friday and it was amazing )
