Good morning everyone. I pray you will all have a blessed day and be filled with joy . Protect it with all your might....it is one of your gifts from God. I did my first weigh in this morning.....I was expecting gain a few pounds but I lost 1 ......wooooo hooooo....thank you Lord for that victory....I give you all the glory, without you I am nothing. So in your name I will march forward and continue to do my best to keep your vessel healthy so I may do your will......can I get an AMEN :) Praying everyone of you have a safe and wonderful day <3
