From not eating at all to binge non-stop.

I've been healty dieting for the past week, since I joined MFP, and before that I was living on a couple of apples and pears a day, but I haven't lost any weight so far. I'm on antidepressant medication, among other meds, and I've been doing fine lately, but when I start to feel Ok my weight becomes the first issue in my life, I can't stop thinking about it and I end up getting depressed again. So today I messed up: I woke up, I got on the scale, and I saw that I hadn't lost a single gram, so I got really mad and from then I haven't stopped eating cookies and chocolate and anything I could find at hand. This is not going to end up well...

Just take a deep breath, take a shower, listen to some music, drink water. Don't fret too much..<30
