hey I'm kinda new to this site and this group! I hope I can make some new friends who can keep me in check. I will be starting p90x on Sunday so I'm going to be on this page, blowing it up everyday! lol Um...am I the only guy? :P

    So far I think you are the only guy...but no worries mate its always nice to be surrounded by women. P90X is a knock out workout. I did it for 60 days and I loved it but I allowed life to get in the way and I quit. I am trying hard to not do that this time around.
    Post away....I did not know that MFP does not send notification to us when there are new posts. so that kinda stinks but just makes us check in more often.
    How far are you guys in your programs now? Shanae, I finished my round of Insanity March 30th and I lost 13lbs, 8 inches, and went from a size 14 to a size 10. It was a great training workout. I have since moved on to TurboFire. Great energy there!
