Group Exercise Classes

I just wanted to tell everyone about the place I use to exercise. I have never found a place that I felt comfortable exercising with others until this. I use Beyond Gravity Training it is owned by Kelly Papatto. She is amazing. From my first phone conversation with her she was excited and supportive and just fantastic! I have lost 59 lbs so far and gained so much confidence. The ladies in our group are amazing! Classes are cheap 5 dollars each or unlimited classes for $25 per month. NO CONTRACTS!
