    Watermelon Salad (one serving)

    1 Cup cubed watermelon
    2T feta cheese
    2T roughly chopped fresh basil
    1/4 tsp. sea salt

    100 Calories

    I like to eat this in the summertime as a snack or side dish with a BBQ dinner. I also like to eat it all year round as an after yoga snack.

    Mango Salad (two servings)

    1 Mango cored and cubed
    1/2 Red Bell pepper
    2T roughly chopped cilantro
    1T lime juice

    115 Calories per serving

    One of my favorite after yoga snacks and summer sides.

    My niece goes to a weight management clinic and this is a recipe she got there.

    6 cups lettuce
    15 oz can black beans (rinsed & drained)
    11 oz can corn (drained)
    1/2 cup reduced fat shredded cheese
    1/2 cup salsa
    1/2 cup low fat ranch

    Mix all ingredients together. Delish!!!
