    Breakfast Sandwich

    Ingredients:
    2 slices Pepperidge Farm light whole wheat toast
    1 oz. cheddar cheese
    1 large egg cooked with Pam cooking spray
    2 slices Applegate Farms turkey salami

    Directions:
    Cook egg in pam then...
    Cook like a grilled cheese careful not to squash the egg

    One sandwich = 320 calories!

    That sounds really good! I'll have to look for turkey salami in my grocery store! YUM!

    What I eat for breakfast normally depends on how much time I have before school or work. I just started an internship and I have to wake up at 6 am on those mornings that I work, so it's normally cereal and milk, or a protein smoothie. For the smoothie I have a banana/peanut butter recipe that I use, which is a banana chopped up, TBSP peanut butter, 1 cup milk, and 1 scoop of my protein powder. I also use frozen fruits if I'm out of bananas or don't want one and I make it the same way without the PB.

    I make scramble eggs when I have more time or egg omelets with chopped onions, bell pepper, black pepper, garlic powder, and sometimes shredded cheese.
