Tall Ladies with Apple Shaped Bodies

Any other tall ladies out there with apple shaped bodies?

With apple shape weight is mainly in the stomach area, with a larger bust and thinner arms and legs.

I am 6'0 tall, size 11/12 W shoes, and am definitely an apple. I have a large chest (D cup), long thin arms and legs (finding long shirt sleeves are a special challenge!), but my stomach is quite large and tends to be the last place to "go" when I lose weight.

What are your go to ideas for dressing/fashion, exercise, and eating with an apple shaped body?

Thanks.

me too, carry alot of fat in stomach & lower back, I wear an EE cup & at one time (77lbs ago) my stomach came out further than my boobs, now it is nearly flat but it is the last place for any weight to go. I always say that if didn't have this stomach I could happily stop as arms, leg, bum, back are all slim but this stomach makes me appear so fat still. it really pisses me off as a tight fitting top are off limits, i could never tuck in a t shirt & have to wear an all in one body smoother if I wear a dress or a tighter top.

I had never considered myself an apple shape body, but when I got a fitness assessment before this weightloss journey I was informed that I was. It scared me because she said I am at a higher risk for diabetes since I carry most of my weight in my stomach. I am 6'1 chest size B/C (love being uneven lol). But my body proportion is all legs, but when I can weight it definitely is my stomach, and I am still having trouble losing it with only 7 pounds left.
  • Heed that diabetes advice! I didn't listen and guess where it got me? Lol.
Yeah, I'm stuck with that nasty apple shape too. If the gut would just go away everything would be awesome!
