hahaha...well it's crossed my mind, but you never know...I don't like to step on anybody's toes! Good to know you don't mind!! All is good here in the Cape. Got some exercise in this AM and really watching my calories. I'm getting all my water in every day as well, which can sometimes be a challenge for me.

Great! My workout was done before 9am this morning. I decided to increase my calorie intake to 2200 from 1600 (before exercise calories) and so far it seems to be working. I'm lifting heavy...about to start the 3rd week of it and loving it thus far.0

Alissa, I'm the same freaking way. Actually, I've gained some. My body is changing, so I'm not giving up and you aren't either, girl.
It's frustrating and it sucks, but I bet you are looking different.
I jacked my knee up today at Zumba, bad. It's swollen and burning...pretty sure that I need to go to the doctor Monday. I need to take a few days to rest, anyway.
I've been working on calculating my BMR and TDEE...trying to figure out what's going on with my weight. I need a math degree for this stuff. LOL.0 -
On the verge of 60 lbs... If you are faithful to the program and log every single moresel, you can shed off the lbs!0
