Hey dude, I'm the same, getting help from Naffry at the moment
-- I originally lived in Manchester but moved to the West Midlands, family aswell mate! I've been using the app a week tomorrow, it's definitely made me eat better and helped stop me craving junk and fast food, giving me the kick to say 'No!' to others offering food and such to me too!
I've not set myself up yet properly, still in the makings, I've a way to go yet but I'll get there! How are you finding it so far?
Feel free to add me also, I've no friends bar Naffry at present, though that is my own doing!

You're welcome mate! Haha, I've only got the app on my iPhone and browse the website on my PC. I must admit, I'm spending more time looking at what I buy now when I shop, even though I've still a lot to learn as my diet was always my weakest link while working out. I've built for mass before, and gone for lean muscle, although when I tried to go lean I slimmed down and had the show of muscle I just couldn't get myself as lean as I wanted, due to the fact my diet was completely wrong and I didn't know how to sort it out
I want to bulk again, not massively though, just enough to increase my size though maximise my strength increase then cut up lean and stick there when I get there. It's going to take a huge effort on my part for diet, which is where this place will and is coming in really handy! I've never done insanity but it's Beachbody's workout programmes right?
I have P90X and 10minute trainer. I've got the equipment at home in Manchester for the P90X though the misses isn't keen on my idea of having the pull-up bar up... I'm looking at a workout bench though and I am definitely having it. Misses isn't so bothered about that one though haha!

it was my diet and lack of movement that made me pile on the ibs and been content but im sick of the gut that just wont ...good luck with getting to the point where your happy....ye your right its part of the beachbody workout program ...is the P90x any good then?...equipment can be a pain in the backside with storing it and the fact its usually ugly as hell lol thats why i think i opted for insanity its just you and thats it0

I've never really read much into instanity, though as I said for P90X I've not actually had chance to do it fully, well, I've not made the effort more like it! Plus, I have the time to do it now, just not the equipment as it's up north and the misses doesn't really want me having a pull-up bar up...
That's why I'm changing the plan and having a bench, that way with the bench I can do the exercises properly and in a safe way. Just a matter of saving up to buy the equipment
I've done the ab ripper x as a tryout, and man, that workout is only around 15minutes but it does a damn fine job, I felt the effects of it once I'd finished... As said though, miracles don't happen overnight, that's what hard work is for hehe!
What is insanity all about then? How much did you pick it up for if you don't mind me asking mate?

insanity turns the regular workouts upside down you work at your max pace and have short rest ...nine week program the easier cardio for the first four weeks recovery on a thursday and sundays off the fifth week recovery then the last month its max cardio with extras thats all i can really tell you atm im starting it monday ....costing me 99 + p+p um just under £36 a month get 10dvds a calendar to mark off what you did and a elite nutrition book on food that your meant to eat0
